The easiest way to choose the right amount of photos is with this formula: multiply the amount of pages by 3 or 4 maximum. For example, a 30 page album x 3 = 90 photos, x 4 equals 120 photos maximum. The x 3 method is recommended. The x 4 method is ok but may look a little cramped.

We use a secure third party file transfer platform for all photo transfers. Once payment has been processed you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email with full instructions on how to send us your photos. It is as simple as clicking the link, then drag and drop your photos. It’s that easy!

If you find that your internet speed is slow, you can send the photographs to us in multiple batches, rather than all at once - this might help.

You can send us all your photos in one go via the transfer platform.

We only work with Jpeg images. We always recommend uploading the high-resolution originals which should be several MB in size. The maximum file size you can upload is 30MB per individual photo.

You will receive an email with a link to your design. You can turn the pages of your album design online. Once you are happy with the layout, you can click the approve button, and your album will be sent to print within 24 hours.

You can send new photos once we have started the design process. But after the first set of changes has been requested, you will be charged €4 per photo added to the album. We strongly recommend you send us all the photos you would like in the album in the first upload.

Our Wedding Albums have thick pages that are hard to bend, while our Coffee Table Books and Photo Books have pages that can bend easy, so care is required.

We recommend the matte paper as it has a more subtle finish and is less susceptible to finger prints.

It’s not possible to include text inside the main cover, however the cover can be laser engraved. Just ensure you choose that option when adding to your cart.

Our Wedding Album and Coffee Table Books can be laser engraved. Popular options include the couples names, and the wedding date for Wedding Albums. Some couples prefer the venue instead of the date, while others simply add their names only. We highly recommend that you triple check your spelling, and wedding date when using this option, as what you send will be printed. Any mistakes will incur additional charges to be rectified.

Our Wedding Album Bundles are designed to offer just that.

1 + 2 Small: One 2×12 inch album and two 8×8 inch duplicate albums

1 + 2 Large: One 18×12 inch album and two 12×8 inch duplicate albums

3 Max: Three identical 12x12 inch albums

A Wedding Album is our high end album, with multiple cover options. It has thick pages, and has an elegant, luxurious feel. You can have up to 80 pages in this album, laser engraved cover text and a choice of cover materials and colours. Our Coffee Table Books come with the same high quality covers. The pages are thinner, so a little more care is needed when handling them. The price is lower than the Wedding Album, and can have up to 120 pages.

We only design your album. We will not, and cannot edit photos taken by other photographers due to copyright. This means we can only work with the photos as they are. We work off the assumption that your photographer is allowing you to print your own photographs from your disc or USB. Most photographers allow people to do this. If you are unsure you will need to check your contract with your photographer.

Yes. No album will be designed until full payment has been received.

Once payment has been received, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with instructions and a link to follow to send us your photos. Once the photos have been received you will receive an email with your design within 3 working days.

Once you’ve received the first draft of your album design, you’ll be able to make one full set of changes for free via our online proofing platform. All changes after this will be charged at €4 per change.

You can cancel your order at anytime, however once you have received your album draft, a design fee of €40 will be deducted from your original payment. In order to receive a full refund you must cancel your order before your first draft design has been supplied.

You will receive your album within 3 weeks of approval. It may take a day or two longer in December due to the busy period. It will be shipped to the address of your choice, and we recommend choosing an address where someone will be able to sign for it. You will receive regular updates on your delivery date once your order is placed.

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

All card payments are processed through Stripe.

If you are ordering your album to have in time for Christmas, please make sure you have ordered your album, and approved the design before December 5th. All albums ordered after this date, may make it to you before Christmas, but it is not guaranteed. For Canvas prints the Christmas cut-off date is December 16th. You can order Gift vouchers up until 3pm on Christmas Eve.

You can change the shipping address anytime before approval. It is not possible once the album has been approved.

We do not currently ship to multiple addresses on the same order.

You will be emailed a tracking number when your order ships.

We take great pride in the work we do to ensure every order is perfect. If, however, an album is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing error, please email photos of the damage to us at info@weddingalbums.ie within 3 days of signing for the goods, and we'll correct this for you.

As these are custom-made books, I'm afraid we do not accept returns. If a book is received damaged or has a manufacturing error, a replacement will be sent out to you (see above).

**Import duties and/or taxes may be placed on orders upon delivery, by a customs broker or courier company. The rate of duty is variable and depends on the nature of the goods being imported, and where they are being imported from. Import duties need to be paid before the product is delivered. Parcels will be held at customs until payment is received. Custom duty may not apply to every international shipment. It's best to contact your local customs office for more details.
