Refund policy

All products ordered through weddingalbums.ie are custom made and personalised, so we handle cancellations and returns a little differently to standard retail items.

Cancelling an order
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before you receive your first album draft. Once your draft has been sent to you, you can still cancel, but a design fee of €40 will be deducted from your refund, as the design work has already been done. You will still receive the design for future use, and if you reorder within 3 months this €40 fee is deducted from the new order. Once you have approved your album design, the order cannot be cancelled.

Returns
As these are custom-made books, we do not accept returns simply because you change your mind. We guarantee that every product is produced professionally and with great care, so only items damaged in transit or with a manufacturing defect are eligible for return and replacement. Cash returns are not offered.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email photos of the damage to info@weddingalbums.ie within 3 days of signing for the goods, and we'll arrange a replacement. Returns are only accepted with prior authorisation and should be sent back in their original packaging.

Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are not personalised, so you may cancel a voucher purchase for a full refund within 14 days, provided the voucher has not been used. Email info@weddingalbums.ie or use "Cancel or return an order" at the bottom of our website.

EU right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised. This covers all our albums, coffee table books and prints. Our cancellation terms above apply to these items instead.
